Challenge

EscherCloud AI, a new player in the GPU market, teamed up with Fifty Five and Five to tackle a formidable challenge: engaging with 110 potential enterprise clients without a solid base of case studies or an established online presence. They needed to make a mark in the advanced GPU solutions space. They were looking for an innovative way to connect with their list of potential clients.

The startup nature of the business meant that EscherCloud AI lacked the traditional marketing collateral that is typically used to build trust and demonstrate expertise. Therefore, our biggest challenge here would be to devise creative and innovative solutions that could generate engagement from their clients, despite the limitations of their brand's early-stage development.

Solution

Adopting an AI-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach allowed us to craft highly customised messages tailored to the specific needs of each potential client. We developed comprehensive profiles for each target, identifying key stakeholders and understanding their unique business challenges. This precision targeting was fundamental in ensuring the relevance and impact of our communications. 

We then initiated our campaign by targeting a 10% sample of our total prospect list.

This phase was crucial as it provided valuable insights and allowed us to tweak our methods based on direct feedback and engagement metrics, leading to a more robust and effective ABM strategy

Once our approach was fine-tuned, we scaled our refined strategy to reach out to EscherCloud AI's full list of 110 potential clients. We executed a series of five thoughtfully crafted emails, each designed to resonate strongly with the recipients and align with their technological and business aspirations.

Our ABM campaign surpassed industry benchmarks, boasting an email open rate more than double the industry average. The ABM efforts led to the generation of multiple MQLs with key decision-makers at seven targeted accounts, indicating strong interest and engagement from high-value prospects. One engagement showcased an impressive 200% ROI, underscoring the efficiency of focusing on fewer, but more lucrative, accounts. 

The success of this campaign gave EscherCloud AI not just immediate wins, but also a repeatable and personalised marketing process to sustain and expand their market presence.
