Challenge
Having worked with TCS for many years, Fifty Five and Five has a deep understanding of their brand, goals and unique challenges they face in this evolving tech world.
So when TCS's CMO, Ashish Babu, wanted to explore AI's potential in enhancing efficiency and creativity of their content marketing efforts, he turned to us for our guidance and expertise. With a history of delivering real-time, impactful content, we were the natural choice.
After some initial workshops and demos around "The art of the possible", TCS's Head of Social, Suhail Adam, asked us to help him and his team enhance their content creation.
Solution
Enter Compass. Compass is an AI powered SaaS product developed in-house at Fifty Five and Five. It is designed specifically for enterprise marketing teams, and aims to give them 'agency super powers'. After working with Suhail on his brief we knew Compass would be perfect the perfect tool to enhance their content marketing efforts.
With a little fine tuning we set him and his team up on the platform, trained it on the TCS brand and tone of voice, and the team were away. Now, the team rely on Compass for social media content, as well as converting video into copy quickly. The platform is trained on the best outputs for all social media channels and consistently produces great copy.
Outcome
Compass is now embedded within TCS's social media team, relying on Compass for real-time content generation and converting video into copy quickly. We are talking to key stakeholders regularly about new features, like the recent one which automatically detects people, and companies mentioned in social media copy, then populates their profile links.
This is a great example of AI expediting an otherwise very manual and time-consuming process and highlights the positive impact of AI in social media marketing by making content creation more efficient and impactful. By automating these processes, TCS's social media team can focus more on creative and strategic efforts.
